We get questions and concerned messages from non-English-speaking affiliates all the time. That’s why we’ve put this post together to help out with some of the common questions – and to let you know how speaking a language other than English can actually be a huge asset in your promotions.
Shareasale Rejected Me –
This is a common problem for affiliates with non-English sites, but we’ve found a remedy. If you’ve been declined because of a non-English website, click here to use our special referral URL that helps you bypass this requirement.
My Country Isn’t Listed on Shareasale –
A few affiliates have let us know that Shareasale doesn’t include their countries on the signup page. If you encounter this problem, just use the name of a nearby country instead and include a note about the situation on your application.
How Do I Promote the Program if I Can’t Speak English Very Well?
Don’t let a lack of perfect English skills stop you from earning money. In fact, speaking a different language can actually be very useful. Chinavasion has no plans to translate the website into any additional languages, so if you can present the “pre-sell” in your own language, customers can be ready when they arrive on Chinavasion.com.
If you’re writing content in another language, you may be a little scared of sending your traffic to an English site. However, many people who typically search in other languages can still read English, so there’s a good chance that they will still be interested in the products. If you want to make sure they can read the site, though, you can recommend a site like Google Translate or refer your affiliate link through Google Translate to auto-translate the page for them.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. We’re always happy to help out!
